The Managed Services offering is available for your entire infrastructure, whether designed by us or not, whether located in our data centre or another location.  Our Managed Services offering ensures that your entire infrastructure runs smoothly on a 24/7 basis, 365 days a year, maximizing system and data availability.

The Managed Services offering includes systems monitoring and systems management.  Systems monitoring is performed using the SNMP protocol and should an alarm condition develop both email and SMS alerts are simultaneously sent.  System management includes preventive action such as upgrades/patches and re-configuration according to the needs of the customer.

Managed services are offered for network devices such as firewalls, switches and routers, operating systems, web and application servers, databases, high availability clusters, etc.  We also provide Managed Backup and Restore and Managed Security.
